Cancel your plan

GifChat plans are bought in the iPhone app and billed by Apple, so you cancel them through Apple. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is deleted.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap GifChat, then Cancel Subscription.

Not on your iPhone? You can also cancel from a Mac or iPad signed in with the same Apple ID, or at Apple's cancel help page.
